Banquets & Weddings

At Vero Beach Country Club, we make every event extraordinary.

You and your guests will enjoy hours of incomparablecuisine and meticulous attention to detail. The goal of our Executive Chef and Management Staff is to make your party planning experience very easy and enjoyable for you. We will custom create your event package which may include ice sculptures, mirrored hors d'oeuvres, personalized entree, potato and vegetable selections. We offer contemporary dessert selections or traditional wedding cake service. An open bar service with well to premium brand liquors, wines, beets and champagne toast are available to complete the festivities.

Packages include complete set-up of the Dining Room including arrangement of place cards, guest book, gift table, cake table, the use of linens, votive candles and candle-holders.

  • Room Capacities
    • Specialized seating can be arranged for all events in either our Main Dining Room, Party Room, Pub, Mixed Grille or Club Room. Seating available for up to 170 guests depending on seating arrangements, buffets, dance floors, etc. 

      Table Sizes

      60" Tables seating 6 people comfortably (7-8 Max)
      72" Table seating 8 people comfortably (9-10 Max)
      - these are all of the round tables in the House
      108" Rectangular Banquet Tables seat 8 - 10 people
      108" Block-Style Tables seat 8 - 10 people
  • Member Sponsor
    • All private events must be sponsored by a member of Vero Beach Country Club. In addition, the member sponsor must attend the sponsored function.
  • Menu Planning
    • Menu plans must be completed with our staff a minimum of fourteen (14) days prior to your event. A guaranteed number of guests is required three (3) days prior to all events. All charges are based on either the guarantee or actualnumber served, whichever is greater.

      All prices are subject to 21% gratuity and 7% sales tax.

      Buffet Service

      Buffets are available for groups of forty (40) or more.
  • Dress Code
    • Men 13 years and older are required to wear slacks or dress shorts and collared shirts. Jackets are required in season (November - April). Ladies 13 years and older should be dressed comparably with slacks, dresses, pants suits ordress shorts.

      No short shorts, blue jeans or halter tops!
  • Room Set-Up
    • There is no room charge for VBCC members. 
      For all non member parties there will be a $100.00 room charge for the Dining Room
      and a $50 room charge for the Party Room.
